The entire house is yours to enjoy during your stay, except for the outside garages and the locked 'owner's closet', which are used for storage.

- Please care for our house. If anything is broken, please let us know immediately.
-Clean up after pets. Pet waste must be disposed of in the outside trash can. Pet damage or excessive waste will result in additional fees.
-Please read the instructions and rules for the indoor pellet stove, outdoor fireplace, and charcoal bbq in the guidebook before using. Use only approved fuel. No lighter fluid. Do not leave fires unattended.
-Please supervise your children. While Casa Verde is child-friendly, it is not child-proofed.
-Outdoor critters: While Casa Verde is in a city, it is surrounded by nature. You may see coyotes, foxes, rabbits, bats, insects, and many birds. Please do not approach or feed wild animals.
